"Severely to self, kindly to others" is a common sense. But, how about the superior officials have been always kind to followers? Maybe the followers will think that the wonderful offering from superior officials is a common and future will get much better services they demand possibly. It maybe courses the wrong ways like treated more politely or more easily for them. Sometimes some employees quitting from his company to feel to be denied whole his character are very mere cases, because he never had such experience that somebody blames him so directly without a kind treatment always. If a person had been blaming, he never think to quit even have a composure, because the situation to him is a common. Like a person who has a strong superiority courses to feel more inferiority complex that if educated a follower in too superiority, when blamed next, it courses into a huge inferiority fatally, so don't spoil the person. Always keeping a person's posture as modest as pleasing an instruction is important. Making a smooth flow of the superior official's order is more important than to be a purpose that blaming to change the person's character. So, the most important matter is making a more relax atmosphere in the flexible sense to enjoy even a blaming.

When a person can enjoy a blaming by his superior official, there is a conceivable feeling of sympathy. Also, if the superior official is attractive, a person used to be happy even a glance from him.
