A good laugh a day

It is now common wisdom that laughing is very good for your health.
Some people even say that one good laugh a day could cure cancer.
However, it would make others feel strange if you suddenly start to have a good laugh for no particular reason.
You need first to make your character cheerful so that you can have a good laugh any time.
If you learn to interpret anything in a positive way and to be pleased about it, you will surely develop a cheerful character.
Things seem good or bad, depending on how you look at them. There are surely cases where in order to understand something accurately, you must analyze
it in a negative way. However, if you keep your mind dark when doing this, such a mindset will become a habit. Therefore, it's important that even if you interpret something in a negative way you immediately reinterpret it in a positive way.
It is no use worrying about something for a long time. It is true that the real world includes some hard aspects. However, I believe that mankind must live striving to turn our minds 180 degrees away from the darkness, towards the light.
It's essential that you have before anything else a smile on your face by finding everything to be pleasing, interesting, or making people happy or funny.

I learned the theory of psychology that we don't laugh because we feel amused, but that we become amused because we laugh.
So, I would like to recommend that you should, if possible, look into the mirror often and try to put a nice smile on your face.
Why not always stay in shape so that you are able to have a good laugh at any time.
Laughing is by its nature communicable. It is curious, but, if you laugh with others, things seem many times more funny.
Laughter may be the best technique through which to become happy.
